It means What The F**k in Italian. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it and I had to snap a picture right away. It's not such a good pic since it was with my camera phone, but if you speak Italian, it's pretty clear! I've seen it around Portland one other time, but I have yet to find out just which Italian Portlander is driving around with such a vulgar license plate and getting away with it! ;)
KC-that would be a good reason to get that license plate. I wonder what this persons motivation was. Apparently no one at the Oregon DMV speaks Italian!
Fromtheworld-I'm willing to bet that the owner knows very well what it means :)
Lulu-Culetto??!! haha! The things people dare to do amazes me. I don't think I could get any of these phrases in Spanish because there are plenty of Hispanics working for the DMV and I'd get caught in no time. I told the Italian next thing you know we'll see someone driving around with one that says TERRONE! ha!
Astrid-I don't think my Italian would have the nerve to drive around with that license plate! I think at most he'd be willing to get FCINTER. Well, now that I think about it, he is a joker, so he'd probably come up with something interesting.
Joe-I know!! That's why I thought it was so funny! I figure this kind of license plate would be much harder to get back East since there are a lot more native speakers back there.

That is so funny! I once toyed with the idea of getting one that said "K Cazzo" because I hated the state I was living in. (It shall remain nameless.)
Nice :-( ...maybe the owner doesn't know what it means....maybe....
Too funny!! Once I was driving with my dad and someone had the license plate "culetto"..it was pretty funny!
Ahahha... tell me this isn't your boyfriend's car??! :))
I have to show this photo to my husband straight away, he's going to wish he lived in the US too!

The FCInter would go home well in this house two :)
love it!! the beauty of it is that most people have no idea.
